Thailand's largest specialized mortgage lender, a state enterprise under the Ministry of Finance dedicated to helping Thai people own their homes.

About Government Housing Bank
Government Housing Bank (GH Bank) is a state enterprise under Thailand's Ministry of Finance, established in 1953 under the Government Housing Bank Act to extend housing finance to the Thai public.
As the country’s largest specialized mortgage lender, the bank provides home purchase, construction, and refinancing loans, along with savings and deposit products, through a nationwide branch network.
Unlike most state enterprises, GH Bank is self-funding, and its stated vision is to be “the best bank for having a home,” reflecting its mandate to expand home ownership among Thai households.
