A company is recognized only when its people rate the workplace above the certification benchmark, so the result reflects real employee experience rather than reputation or marketing.

How does a company get certified?

There are four steps: (1) survey your employees with a confidential, anonymous engagement survey; (2) earn certification if your score is above the benchmark; (3) amplify your employer brand with the official badge on job posts, career pages, and social media; and (4) make data-driven decisions using detailed analytics by department and team.

Any organization in Thailand that can run the engagement survey across its employees can take part. Certification is based on the survey results from your employees measured against the benchmark, so what matters is gathering honest feedback from your team, not your industry or how long you have been in business.

What score is needed to be certified?

Companies that score 60% or above on the People Success Index™ (PSI), our survey benchmark, earn the Best Places to Work™ Certification. The PSI is the same standard applied to every participating company.

How long is the certification valid?

The Best Places to Work™ certification is valid for 12 months from the date it is issued. To stay certified, companies survey their employees again and re-qualify in the following cycle.

The Best Places to Work™ Engagement Survey is built on the People Success Index™ framework and measures engagement across six dimensions: Alignment, Ability, Achievement, Advocacy, Belonging, and Care. Together they give a complete picture of how employees experience your workplace.

How long does the survey take, and how many questions?

The survey takes about 10 to 15 minutes to complete online. It contains 74 targeted questions, followed by 5 demographic questions and 2 open-ended questions where employees can share comments in their own words.
