Our objective was to illustrate Bangchak's dedication to sustainability, employee well-being, and innovation by emphasizing the integration of green spaces, modern facilities, and an employee-centric approach to hybrid working and collaboration by promoting a workplace where the vibrancy of the city seamlessly meets the serenity of nature.
Our Approach:
We leveraged in-depth knowledge of Bangchak's corporate culture in synergy with our extensive talent market data to deliver a comprehensive photography solution for this project that visually capture the essence of Bangchak's workplace as a productive and welcoming environment, while simultaneously providing strategic recommendations designed to amplify their attractiveness as an employer.
Finally, we came up with 4 key themes for the project:
WorkVenture's strategic use of photography effectively illustrates Bangchak's commitment employee well-being, and seamless collaboration. These values come alive throughout Bangchak's office space, creating a dynamic and attractive work environment.
The resulting professional photography not only enhances Bangchak's own employer branding efforts, but also served as integral part in their website to communicate regarding their work environment and team.
By capturing the mentioned theme, we helped Bangchak to communicate a strong position as a progressive and employee-centric company with a strong Employer Brand. This not only strengthens Bangchak's brand but also positions them as a desirable employer for top talent in Thailand.
