If your team achieves a score of 60% or higher in our People Success Index™, you will qualify for certification.

In just 2 weeks following the survey, your team can earn certification by achieving a score of 60% or higher in our People Success Index™.
The questionnaire consists of 74 questions, and the results will be meticulously analyzed based on our domains, pillars, and engagement drivers.
