Central Pattana unveils centralwOrld Offices after the renovation, its headquarters, and a new co-working space, 'at work,' in collaboration with WorkVenture, highlighting its minimalist design and vibrant atmosphere. This initiative showcased the updated amenities and serene environment, aiming to attract both potential tenants and professionals seeking flexible, productive workspace.
Our Approach:
Utilizing advanced photography techniques, we captured the space's vibrant atmosphere. As the visitor steps into a warm lobby with rich wood accents, they will get a welcoming experience to begin their journey through space. Through the open area, there’s a common area surrounded by greenery which invite relaxation, while expansive windows and high ceilings bathe the common areas in natural light, fostering a sense of well-being and user experience. Private meeting spaces offer a modern edge and adaptable functional features that enhance productivity. These visuals aimed to portray 'at work' as an inspiring workspace.

Prime Location with Seamless Access: 'at work' capitalizes on its location within Central Pattana's office hub, placing you at the heart of Bangkok's business district. Eliminating morning commutes with this prime location, and experiencing a frictionless workday with the help of automated lobby systems that ensure quick and easy building access.
Modern Design that Inspires: 'at work' transcended the typical office aesthetic. Their cozy and contemporary interior design fosters a collaborative and creative atmosphere. More than just functional, the space is designed to inspire innovation and ignite productivity, providing an energizing environment that fuels your best work. It also provides amenities that allow users to personalize their comfort environment, for instance, bike and scooter parking, locker facilities, and a variety of meeting rooms and phone booths.
This collaboration with WorkVenture on a photography project has unveiled the modern transformation of Central Pattana's workspace. The project highlights the space's convenient location, easy access, and the variety of amenities that contribute to a productive work environment.
