Business Policy

Introduction
This Business Policy governs the terms and conditions for using WorkVenture Technologies Co., Ltd.'s ('WorkVenture') services, including the Best Places to Work™ certification program, engagement surveys, employer branding services, and related offerings.
Our Services
WorkVenture provides the following services to businesses:
- Best Places to Work™ Certification: Employee engagement surveys and workplace certification programs.
- Employer Branding Services: EVP strategy, employer brand development, and talent attraction solutions.
- Photography and Video: Professional photography and video production for employer branding purposes.
- Resume Search: Access to our candidate database for recruitment purposes.
Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due within 30 days of issue. Late payments may incur interest charges. All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Certification Terms
The Best Places to Work™ certification is valid for 12 months from the date of issuance. Certification is based on achieving the required score threshold in our People Success Index™ survey. WorkVenture reserves the right to revoke certification if a company is found to have misrepresented survey results or engaged in practices inconsistent with our certification standards.
Intellectual Property
All content, methodologies, survey instruments, and certification marks (including the Best Places to Work™ brand) are the intellectual property of WorkVenture Technologies Co., Ltd. Clients may use the certification badge and related materials only as specified in their service agreement and for the duration of their valid certification.
Confidentiality
WorkVenture maintains strict confidentiality of all client data and survey results. Survey responses are collected anonymously and reported only in aggregate form to protect individual employee privacy. We will not disclose confidential client information to third parties without prior written consent, except as required by law.
Limitation of Liability
WorkVenture's liability under any service agreement shall be limited to the fees paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim. WorkVenture shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Termination
Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice, unless otherwise specified in the service agreement. Upon termination, clients must cease use of all WorkVenture materials and certification marks. Fees for services already rendered are non-refundable.
Governing Law
This policy and any disputes arising from our services shall be governed by the laws of Thailand. Any legal proceedings shall be conducted in the courts of Thailand.
